weight loss I never thought I would be writing a blog about weight loss. But here I am, sharing my story and hoping to help others who are struggling with their weight. I never thought I would have to worry about my weight, but after years of yo-yo dieting, I finally realized that I needed to make a change. I started my journey by making small changes to my diet and exercise routine. I cut out processed foods and began eating more whole foods. I also started walking every day and eventually worked my way up to running. These changes allowed me to slowly but surely lose weight and keep it off. Now, I am not saying that this journey was easy. There were many times when I wanted to give up and just go back to my old habits.
